Built from experience on both sides of the industry.
Solve was founded in Singapore in 2017 at the intersection of music and law. Our founder, Sam Padbidri, was a Singapore-qualified lawyer who later became a charting artist and performed at the Formula 1 Singapore Grand Prix.
As Solve’s work expanded across Asia’s entertainment sector, one thing became clear: talent needed an integrated legal and business solution.
Solve evolved to fill that need. What began with legal expertise grew into a firm that now advises, builds and invests in the business behind talent.
