Our story
Solve started in 2017 as a music label and a legal consultancy for independent music. Labels and startups hired us for contracts, then kept us on to build the structure around them. That work grew into companies and investments, and eventually a group spanning entertainment law, corporate work, and ventures across Asia.
The model
An architect designs the building and holds the vision, while builders execute the plan. Solve works the same way: on a mandate, we design how your company, IP, and ventures fit together, then bring in specialists for each part, the tax firm, the law firm in each jurisdiction, the operators, and we hold that design through to the end.
That is why a focused team can carry a large mandate. It is also the test we set ourselves: a client should finish the work in control, secure, and protected.
