This notice explains how Sole Media Pte. Ltd. ("Solve", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal data under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act 2012 (PDPA).
Data controller
Sole Media Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202302527G), Level 11, Marina Bay Financial Centre Tower 1, 8 Marina Boulevard, Singapore 018981, is the data controller for personal data collected through this website.
What we collect
We collect two categories of personal data: (1) aggregate, cookieless analytics data collected through Umami, none of which identifies an individual visitor; and (2) any personal data you choose to send us directly, such as your name, email address, and the contents of an enquiry email to contact@solve.sg.
Purpose of collection
We use analytics data to understand which pages are useful and to improve the site. We use enquiry data to respond to your message and, where appropriate, to assess and progress the mandate you have described.
Retention
We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to respond to your enquiry, and for a reasonable period after in case you follow up, then we delete or archive them under our internal retention practice. Umami keeps aggregate analytics data under its own standard retention settings, and none of it links back to an identifiable individual.
Your PDPA rights
Under the PDPA, you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, request correction of inaccurate data, and withdraw any consent you have given for its collection, use, or disclosure, subject to legal and contractual restrictions.
