Brand and sponsorship deals, negotiated and vetted
A brand deal is an exchange of specific deliverables for cash, product, or both. The value sits in how the licence is scoped, how long it runs, and what the act keeps. We negotiate and vet the deal so it pays now and leaves the calendar open.
What the deal moves
The heart of the deal is the deliverables list. Live appearances, stage signage, posts on social profiles, product placement in videos, each item concrete and countable. 'Support the campaign' is not a deliverable. 'Four posts across two platforms in the first two weeks of the month' is. We draft the list, and keep an approval right over anything published in the act's voice.
Licence, term, territory
The sponsor buys a narrow licence to the act's name and likeness, limited in time, ending with the term. The category box gets shrunk to the product actually sold, and territory is matched to the campaign's real reach, not 'all Asia'. Short terms with a right of renewal, post-term restrictions limited in time and geography, and morals clauses that run both ways.
