Touring and live event origination, start to finish

A tour in Southeast Asia is built market by market. Routing decides which cities get a show, and every show rests on agreements with a promoter and the act. We originate that work start to finish: the routing, the booking, the paper, and the production around it.

How a tour gets built

Routing comes first, because Southeast Asia tours move city by city. An offer of 'all Asia' rarely matches the real footprint, often three cities in two countries, and a wide claim on paper blocks a bigger pan-Asian deal later. We build the route from the act's actual draw, then work the booking with a promoter on that map, so the territory on paper matches the ground.

The paper under the stage

Every show runs on agreements: the promoter deal, the act's performance terms, riders, and the appearance inventory a sponsor may hold, stage signage, meet-and-greets, in-store stops. Each item is concrete, never 'support the event'. We draft and check them so the show runs, the sponsor's rights stay limited to the campaign, and the paper ends when the tour ends. Nothing is left to goodwill at the venue.
